A thing is not made obsolete by another thing that does something completely different, but rather it is made obsolete by another thing that does everything that it does and more, so the New Covenant makes the Mosaic Covenant obsolete insofar as it still involves God putting the Mosaic Law on our putting and wring in our our hearts plus it is based on better promises and has a superior mediator (Hebrews 8:6-13).

In regard to 2 Corinthians 3:6, there are many verses that say that the New Covenant involves obedience to the Mosaic Law, that the Spirit has the role of leading us to obey it, and obedience to it brings life, so that verse should be interpreted in light of those other verses and not in a manner that is contrary to them, which means that following the letter of the law should not be understood as correctly obeying what God has commanded. If correctly obeying what God has commanded leads to death, then God would be misleading us, and we should not have faith in Him.

In regard to 2 Corinthians 5:17, the old that has passed away is the old man who lived in sin in transgression of the Mosaic Law and we are new creations to do good works in obedience to it (Ephesians 2:10).

Everything in Romans 6:1-13 speaks in favor of living in obedience to the Mosaic Law in newness of life as instruments of righteousness and against continuing to live in sin in transgression of it, so there is nothing that leads to interpreting 6:14 as saying that we are free from having to obey the Mosaic Law. Rather, Romans 6:14 describes the law that we are not under as being a law where sin had dominion over us, which does not describe the Mosaic Law, which is a law where holiness, righteousness, and goodness have dominion over us (Romans 7:12), but rather it is the law of sin where sin had dominion over us.

Likewise, in regard to Romans 6:15-23, being under grace does not mean that are permitted to sin, and the Mosaic Law is how we know what sin is (Romans 3:20, 7:7), so we are still under it and are still obligated to obey it. In addition, we are no longer to present ourselves as slaves to impurity, lawlessness, and sin, but are now to present ourselves as slaves to God and to righteousness leading to sanctification, and the goal of sanctification is eternal life in Christ, which is the gift of God, so obedience to the Mosaic Law is the content of His gift of eternal life in Christ, and in 1 John 2:6, those who are in Christ are obligated to walk in the same way he walked, which means that Romans 7:1-4 should not be interpreted as saying that we should reject Christ. Christ is God's word made flesh, so following his example of walking in obedience to God's word is the way to be unified in him. In Romans 7:1-4, at no point was the women set free from needing to obey the Mosaic Law, so there is nothing that leads to the conclusion that in the same way we have also been set free from it. Likewise, the goal is to bear fruit for God, so Romans 7:4 should not be interpreted as rejecting God's instructions for how to bear fruit for God, but rather we need to die to a law that was hindering us from bearing fruit for God, which is the law of sin.
