Percentagewise, small. Say it ain't so referenced the slice at the head of this minithread. They're the groups some of whose members are getting convicted of seditious conspiracy (including Rhodes himself).

So the majority of protestors weren't trying to usurp the US government by force and waiting for Trump to deputize them to do so.

What's going on is the usual isolated case being the entire group. If one or a few did or planned whatever, then they were all in on it.

Data can be moved around through the series of tubes we know as "the internet". There is some data that supposedly was on the laptop, which definitely belongs to Hunter Biden (i.e. his photos). There is other data which apparently shows signs of modification.

It is not outside the realm of possibility for someone to have hacked Hunter Biden's iCloud account, stolen some data from it (like his photos and some emails), potentially modified some emails and text messages to make them appear more incriminating, and planted all of that data on another laptop that was "left" at a computer repair shop.

I'm not claiming that that's what happened, but there's nothing publicly available that would contradict this scenario, or some variation on it, and it would be trivially easy to accomplish for someone who could get access to Hunter's data somehow.

If the FBI knows, they aren't telling. From the images (or purported copies/images) of the actual drive in the laptop that have floated about, the answer appears to be no.

If by protestors, you mean the people who showed up to attend the Stop the Steal rally, and waved signs around, then you are correct.

If you mean the people who illegally entered the Capitol, I'm not so sure. Many of them have been clear about their desire to have Mike Pence 'do the right thing' -- i.e. illegally overturn the valid election results. And many were prepared to use force, or did use force. And many felt that Trump had called them to do so. Many of them had not conspired, but they were useful idiots pursuing an idiotic dream of overturning the election.

So they were expecting that the US military called in via Martial Law, would just stand by while they went to the hotel, got their heavy duty weapons, drove back to the Capitol Building, and set all that up.

Once the Certification of the 2020 Election was suspended (with President Trump declaring Martial Law), then we would have been in extra-Constitutional ground), Pence might have been convinced at that point to not certify that JRB won and allow DJT to “win”.

Yes, and I've seen movies/TV shows where it shows actors smoking crack. So why have those actors never been arrested, much less indicted?

Oh, they don't actually use crack, but rather something that looks just like it? I guess I don't have to tell you why neither Hunter, nor anyone else, will be convicted of "smoking crack" based solely on video evidence. The Prosecutor has to be able to prove what the substance in the video is (not just claim it has to be crack because it looks like it) and where the video was recorded (to prove jurisdiction).
