Not really. Is it the hard drive from Hunter's laptop? Or is it copy of the hard drive from Hunter's laptop? Or is it the hard drive of a laptop that contains data stolen from Hunter? The actual hard drive of the actual laptop (if it exists) would indeed be relevant. But once you start putting degrees of separation between the data and its source, the potential for manipulation increases.

They're relevant in an actual takeover of a large country. If they were actually trying to take over, they would have all been heavily armed and would have held the politicians in the capitol building as hostages etc. Not just run around for a while and then go home.

Don't forget if you did know, the Proud Boys and everyone meeting the day prior were waiting for Trump to declare Martial Law, then they would run to get their secret cache of weapons that were on the ready.

Not really - the data was his, the photos are his and the emails, at least some of them, are his. That says nothing about the actual laptop or hard drives particularly since what was passed about were copies.

Some are authenticated by headers and metadata, others are not. I don't know that any are particularly incriminating.

Martial Law is a call to military action, not a call to civilian action. Martial Law is designed to stop violent civilian action. If they were trying to take over the US government by force, the last thing they would have wanted was Martial Law to be declared and have to deal with tanks, blackhawk attack helicopters and armed drones.
