Good point.Cryptozoologists, maybe, since it would validate their 'field'.
Good question. What would the Biblical explanation for the yeti be?
If I had to come up with something, I would surmise it was a population of apes that lived in the cold, snowy regions of the earth and adapted to their new surroundings.
How long did it take the grizzly bear (or whatever bear it was) to turn white and become the polar bear?Evolution, because that's one hell of an adaptation. That's even closer to chimp-like apes evolving into upright humans.

There's a big difference between a change in size and height and fur colour of a grizzly/common brown bear into a polar bear, and a human turning into this:
But what if an ape population wandered up in the snowy regions and decided to stay there?
Not possible with the human body shape. We're subject to the square-cube law heavily, which is why the really tall people, the kind who break world record's never live for long periods. It puts too much stress on that bones and organs.
What about Gigantopithecus?
What's that animal that lives in the northern hemisphere and emits radiation (around 700 nm) from its rhinal organ?
... is it the firefly?
Further north.
I tried looking and I got nothing. Genuinely stumped with this one.
Is that evidence of creation or evolution?
Creation.
