Yes, and it's a daily choice to pick up our cross and walk in the light.

No, it is anyone who looked back was not fit for the Kingdom, so we have to also lose our lives

Luke 14:26 If any man come to me, and hate not his father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brethren, and sisters, yea, and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple.

Luke 14:27 And whosoever doth not bear his cross, and come after me, cannot be my disciple.

Luke 14:33 So likewise, whosoever he be of you that forsaketh not all that he hath, he cannot be my disciple.

And yet Scripture is emphatic about grave deeds of the flesh (sin) keeping us from heaven. Faith accomplishes in man what the law cannot, because faith makes God our God again, He who is the very source of our righteousness. Adam thought he was right, without God, that he didn't need God. We're here to learn otherwise. Adam's presumably learned otherwise by now too, that,
"Apart from Me you can do nothing." John 15:5
I'm not necessarily in disagreement. But it seems sometimes to go from total obedience to not willfully committing continous horrific sins.

In this thread at least three positions are presented:
1) that a believer is justified by mere imputation and that no personal righteousness is required of him in order to enter heaven-just faith, with no chance of losing that state of justice as long as we believe.

2) that God really does give man righteousness at justification and that we're made perfect at that point, with no chance of losing that perfection, that justice.

3) that God really does give man righteousness at justification and that we're responsible for cooperating with Him, continuing to walk in that justice, and grow in it with His grace as we live by the Spirit, or not, with eternal life at stake. We can always turn back away.

“I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.

It is impossible for those who have once been enlightened, who have tasted the heavenly gift, who have shared in the Holy Spirit, who have tasted the goodness of the word of God and the powers of the coming age— and then have fallen away—to be restored to repentance, because they themselves are crucifying the Son of God all over again and subjecting Him to open shame." Heb 6:4-6

"If we deliberately go on sinning after we have received the knowledge of the truth, no further sacrifice for sins remains, but only a fearful expectation of judgment and of raging fire that will consume all adversaries. Anyone who rejected the law of Moses died without mercy on the testimony of two or three witnesses. How much more severely do you think one deserves to be punished who has trampled on the Son of God, profaned the blood of the covenant that sanctified him, and insulted the Spirit of grace? For we know Him who said, “Vengeance is Mine; I will repay,” and again, “The Lord will judge His people.” It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God." Heb 10:26-31

Make every effort to live in peace with everyone and to be holy; without holiness no one will see the Lord.” Heb12:14

“Therefore, brothers and sisters, we have an obligation—but it is not to the flesh, to live according to it. For if you live according to the flesh, you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the misdeeds of the body, you will live.” Rom 8:12-13

1 Cor10:12

For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, so that each of us may receive what is due us for the things done while in the body, whether good or bad. 2 Cor 5:10

The verses you somehow missed, I adding back fhansen...

Matthew 7:18 A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.

Hebrews 6:8 But that which beareth thorns and briers is rejected, and is nigh unto cursing; whose end is to be burned.

Hebrews 10:39 But we are not of them who draw back unto perdition; but of them that believe to the saving of the soul.

Hebrews 10:26 For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,

1 Peter 4:2 That he no longer should live the rest of his time in the flesh to the lusts of men, but to the will of God.

Hebrews 12:14 Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord:
15 Looking diligently lest any man fail of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and thereby many be defiled;

Silly and unnecessary.

We believe in the love of God ( dying for us and rising again) so we die to sin which is to die to ourselves, and now we are alive to God instead, as He bought us with His blood

Are you going to be so denying of the faith, to know that when we believe that Christ rose from the dead, the Spirit rises in us, and we cant increase/grow in that faith, as we have it.

Romans 10:8 But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach;
9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

I have been correcting everything from everybody for a few days now, why not see the correct way is to stop with the discussions, and go and live the faith/ the love of God, let it live with you, in you and let others live through it. ( these debates only kill, and are not love in deed and truth they are deceit)

Then why are you debating? You don't have quite the right way to begin: close but not quite there. And that causes the very division you object to.

Men do not gather thorns, if anyone produces them ( sins) they are a corrupt tree and all they speak is the same corruption, out of the abundance of heir hart their mouth speaks..

Matthew 7:15 Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.
16 Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?
17 Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit.
18 A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.
19 Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.
20 Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.

Your answer is a strifeful one, instead of agreeing. Plus the fact you have been years non stop on the forum proves who you are

All corruption can produce is corruption, all good can produce is good.

No part dark is the way for light

Luke 11:36 If thy whole body therefore be full of light, having no part dark, the whole shall be full of light, as when the bright shining of a candle doth give thee light.

And many here disagree with you that you've become perfect and can never lose that perfection. Some here believe that no personal righteousness is even required of us while you insist that perfect righteousness/sinless is required of us. It's not silly to state the truth-and sort out the falsehoods.
