Okay so I don't understand something about the "Sons of God" (fallen angels) who left their first estate and came down to earth to procreate with human women.

Why? Why would they have the ability to pass on their genetic seed? We can be sure that angels did not procreate in heaven. So why and how did these fallen Angels suddenly get endowed with (testicles? I'm assuming?). I thought the angels were either without gender or predominantly male. But that still doesn't make much sense to me. How were they able to procreate with humans?

Their first estate could be a reference to an angelic body. So, when they left for earth, they took on human form.

The Book of Enoch relates the events and was accepted by some early Christians. However, The Book of Jubilees has a different take. It reports that God sent the angels to earth to instruct people, rather than the angels having the idea to go there. Meaning the mission began with good intent and on God's behalf. Once there they became enamored with humans and began to err, mating with them and teaching them forbidden things.

Giants, before and after the flood. Some say that the sin in the garden of Eden, as taught by the dragon, was intercourse: hence the sudden desire for clothing. How else can one explain the seed of the woman versus the seed of the dragon/enchanter? The woman Eve was the mother of all humans. So, the sons of God would have been the dragon and his angels on Earth.

I have vacillated between the two dominant theories, but one thing I do know is that the phrase "sons of God" is used far more for human beings than for angels.

I struggled with this point too, but yes they took human form. It was to prevent the Seed of Christ to come into the world by destroying the seed of man with permanent cancer and defiled DNA. The result was a progeny that was not fully human, but monstrous giants- the first generation in the days of Jared.

Perhaps they were the descendants of Cain.

And the reference to them as giants could be like saying Rockefeller, Vanderbilt, Carnegie, Morgan and Ford were the giants of industry. Men of great renown.

Perhaps all of those who lived before the flood were giants in size compared to us. They obviously weren't like us considering they had 900+ year lifespans.

Similar to the way they found a way to make males into females and females into males today. I don't mean the literal way as in hormones injections etc., but in the same way humans found a way around gender transitions. They found a way around how God made them, to be something they were never meant to be the same way we as humans found a way around it. How they did it we can't know because we don't know enough about the angels' make up to even guess how they did it. The Bible does say they can take human form at will and even eat and drink food. So somehow they manipulated that ability to gerry rig some kind of unnatural way to reproduce with human women. They did it as a way to have some kind of legal stance on the earth by being born into the earth from humanity. Some also say they tried to pollute the human bloodline to keep Jesus from coming. Maybe they felt like Jesus would not die for humanity if they mixed their bloodline in humans? Or maybe they tried to mix themselves in humanity as a way to be saved when Jesus saves humanity? Trying to avoid hell and judgement?

But the fallen angels don't occupy heaven, they fell to earth. Which is why they are called fallen angels.

Everything in your post is interesting, except I don't think intercourse was the sin taught by the devil because God told Adam & Eve to multiply before the snake tempted Eve.

It says they don't marry. It doesn't say they can't.

They were thrown down to decieve humanity and some were infact possessed however, they never became flesh and married human females. This false narrative also assumes angels have a gender, males only? Let us reason. There is a better understanding of this text.
