As Christians should we go and seek forgiveness from everyone we sinned against or are those scriptures only between other believers?

CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

That is Matt 16 - and it deals with the church - hurt feelings , broken unity etc where the two individuals know that the the one who did wrong - has done wrong. But in general you should do that also for anyone you have knowingly wronged where they also know you did them wrong.
But if you "thought" something wrong about someone are some other event happened where informing them of the wrong only makes their life worse or makes the wrong more devastating - then don't share just to make yourself feel better when sharing hurts the other person even more.

Welcome to CF. The Holy Spirit will guild you to repentance and He will also guild you into restitution. This will help both you and the afflicted. He will give you the courage and strength you need.
