Constitutionally they aren't considered a member of the citizenry until birth. That's a later boundary. A logical early boundary would be at the point of complex brain activity, which is the 5th month. Either of them is well after Roe applies.

Yes. Put yourself in the shoes of someone who is making the choice to get an abortion this far into their pregnancy. They probably wanted to have this baby. They probably already purchased a crib and picked out a name. Something has gone horribly wrong and they can no longer give birth to the child they wanted.

It's not my place to tell a woman in this situation what she can and can't do. It's her life. It's not my life and not my business.

Opposing an idea isn't the same as endorsing it's opposite. I'm sorry but no...this is your failure in basic logic. It's a false dichotomy.

Kendi's "racist/anti-racist" dialectic is borrowed from Marx's dialectic materialism. It's part of Marx's misunderstanding of Hegelian dialectics which suggests that any idea immediately conjures consideration of its opposite....roughly speaking.

Whether Marx was simply too dumb to understand this correctly or deliberately misusing it doesn't really matter.

The point is that just because I don't support Kendi's version of racist discrimination....and I definitely don't ascribe to his intellectually shallow terminology doesn't make me racist.

I think any who supports racial discrimination is a racist....and like all racists before them, they're dumb enough to believe that they are good people.

This includes today's anti-racists.
