I am not referring to the machines or the software at all.

I simply referring to performing a election audit of the ballots. The hand-counting and inspection of the ballots, etc.
So these are the questions...

This audit is taking a going to look at the tabulation machines and is not going to simply recount the same old ballots.

Like I said, there is no valid reason to throw up more roadblocks

It's not intended as a roadblock. Just an acknowledgement that the AZ Senate could have chosen to have a qualified vendor perform this gig. They did not.

Haha, the ninjas are far too clever to count ballots to determine who won an election!

Actually they did, that is why some people are so worried.

How many elections have they audited?
As I've said, with perhaps the exception of Michigan it appears no auditors in the United States have ever been given access to the Dominion tabulation machines. Are you implying that since no one has done so they cannot have experience and thus the tabulation machines can never be examined? We need to start examining the election information from every state.

They might have legal authority over the state, that does not give them the ability to demand access to proprietary software that has already been reviewed and certified.

It was “certified” as functioning.

Not certified as being legitimate.

Do you understand the difference?

So you are saying that the
U.S. Election Assistance Commission (EAC) was established by the Help America Vote Act of 2002 (HAVA). EAC is an independent, bipartisan commission charged with developing guidance to meet HAVA requirements, adopting voluntary voting system guidelines, and serving as a national clearinghouse of information on election administration. EAC also accredits testing laboratories and certifies voting systems, as well as audits the use of HAVA funds.

is a "functioning" agency and not "legitimate"?

For something to be functional, it needs to do what it was designed to do. In this case that's counting votes accurately, so no, there isn't a difference.

You claimed Cyber Ninjas is qualified to do the audit. I asked how many elections they've audited. Your response was the irrelevant text above. If they're qualified, how many elections have they audited?

If it's all been checked out and everything is OK why the massive amount of money in trying to stop Americans from looking?

False accusation. Nobody's trying to stop Americans from looking.

Not Americans, partisan actors whom have showed themselves to be unreliable at best and downright duplicitous at worst.

Cyper Ninjas is the first group to take on our nation's first full forensic audit, they will be the only organization with such experience and may go on to conduct further full forensic audits. So far it has been found that an election database is missing, and Dominion refuses to turn over the secondary passwords. We hope those in charge provide some answers at the Wednesday hearing at the Arizona state senate.

Cyper Ninjas is the first group to take on our nation's first full forensic audit they will be the only organization with such experience

So they lack any experience at all, making them utterly unqualified. The fact that they have spoiled ballots with blue markers, left the doors unlocked, left ballots laying out unattended, and allowed insurrectionists access to the ballots, only reinforces that fact.

So far it has been found that an election database is missing

No it hasn't.

and Dominion refuses to turn over the secondary passwords.

Can you blame them?
We hope those in charge provide some answers at the Wednesday hearing at the Arizona state senate.

A slap down is in order, that's for sure.

My question is how do you examine ballots that were shredded and fed to chickens that were then incinerated to hide the evidence?

Really, that is a claim being floated in Arizona.
