CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I was in Sunday School in my home town of Park Rapids, Minnesota; and heard the song: "Jesus loves the little children" and thought it was just for me.

Aren’t we delighted that God helps us through His Son, Christ Jesus?
Yes, our Lord Jesus Christ is a help that we can be thankful for.
Who can save us through danger ?
It is the love of our Lord that enable us to be conqueror in Christ Jesus.
Isn’t that wonderful hope ? We receive mighty help through Christ Jesus.
what is the hope that we yearn inwardly for our loved ones, too?
And not only the creation, but we ourselves, who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, groan inwardly as we wait eagerly for adoption as sons, the redemption of our bodies. -Romans 8:23
For in this hope we were saved. Now hope that is seen is not hope. For who hopes for what he sees? -Romans 8:24
So wonderful is Christ’s love who save us all, as His children. L
