  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

What did you last eat?!

Just a bit of lunch:

IMG_20210125_140616206.jpg

A couple of veggie wraps and a bowl of chili beans.

That Asian dressing was a random grab from the last time I went to the store. Turned out to be pretty good!

Ha ha, I don't go shopping much because I hate to leave my bike locked up for any length of time. I usually go to mini-marts where I can take the bike in or I can watch it while inside.

I'm traumatized from my Green Machine (newest bike) being swiped.

When I do go into a big store to shop, I just fly down the aisles and pretty much just grab everything on a whim.

That's the good thing about not being a picky eater...and being resourceful. All my meals turn out pretty alright!

Baloney sandwich and a can of coke.. it was honestly quite good.. despite being cheap.

Mainly trying to get as low of a calorie lunch as possible.. 400 calories not too bad.

Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrot, Cheese soup tonight.

Basically, I make a soup out of left-over california blend veggies with cheese sauce, then make a soup from it with the addition of vegetable stock, some seasonings, and a run through with a burr mixer. It's not fancy by any means, but mighty tasty.

Well I had lazy pizza day. You know how it is sometimes:sick: we are only humans.

Nice, yeah, i'm having a lazy third day of spaghetti.

The good news is that I found a new taco shop that has really really good breakfast burritos!

Just cooked up my last couple of Portobellos...

Real simple...just some butter, garlic salt, pepper, parmesan cheese, and a dab of that Asian toasted sesame dressing.

Not even picture worthy, but pretty decent!
