Hi all
As we all know in the pandemic it's coursing anxiety and fear.
As a Christian i finding difficult, sometimes it can be overwhelming by fear and worry because it's the not knowing for example what if's and finding it difficult to trust God and if i don't trust God, He will be disappointed with me.
i mostly everyday pray about the situation the world is going through.

As Christian's on here as brother's and sister's what do you do in this situation?

I limit my exposure to media coverage and discussions on the pandemic. The over saturation can have harmful effects. It is fine to be informed. But submerging your mind in negative subjects will lead to fear and anxiety.

I read and listen to edifying things. I skim everything else. I'm very intentional about conversations and the information I allow in my head. If I see its unprofitable I'll get rid of it or bow out.

First God will not be disappointed in you. He knew all your failings before e choose you prior to the creation.
Despite this he still loves you with active you cannot begin to imagine how fast it is.

Trusting God.
Now that, when life is difficult take shaft of will and real courage, cas all to often w trust in having a job, money in the bank, good health etc etc.

You are worried, how does sorting make live better for you.
Trust in God, read Romans 8:28
All things work together for the good of those called by him.

Read it again.

All things work together for your good.

That all things, mean anything that happens is working for your good.

NO. Not your health, wealth or popularity BUT if you trust God for your having a deeper trust, a better understanding, Mrs knowledge of God.
Yes you may be dying in a rich, in prison, homeles, winner of the lottery.

All things working for your good, according to God's definition of your good.

Trust God, even tough it hurts.

God cannot be diappointed in us. He sometimes is sad over our sinful actions but not disappointed. because He already knows what we will do and has no expectations of us as already perfect and faultless. As we get closer to Jesus we become more like Him and sin less than we used to but He does not think we already arrived and never mess up. so He cannot be disappointed in you. i also dont believe He is mad at you- God is angry with the wicked ones, not His beloved children.

I relate very much to your post as someone who both always had a fear God was mad with me or hated me, it took a long time to break free of that one and it still tries to creep back sometimes?

Also i hate uncertainty about things. as an anxiety sufferer this pandemic has been a tough ride, (although strangely, not nearly as tough as i thought it would be). I find, and my therapist, a born again christian, has advised me to limit my exposure to the news, avoid consoiracy theorist types, and just make sure am leaning on God solely for direction. some christians are saying we must all wear masks or stay at home, others saying no, its a conspiracy, and the WHO keep contradicting themselves. so for me, i just avoid those things as much as i can. God will guide u sinto ALL truth
