List of Racist Statements by Members of the 'Squad' (So Far) | Breitbart

It is worth noting that all four — Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), Ilhan Omar (D-MN), Rashida Tlaib (D-MI), and Ayanna Pressley (D-MA) are members of a group called the “Justice Democrats.” The group is specifically devoted to backing primary candidates against Democratic incumbents seen as being too moderate and too white.

Last November, the Justice Democrats launched a campaign called “#OurTime,” aimed at recruiting candidates to challenge “Democratic incumbents who are demographically and ideologically out-of-touch with their districts.”

From the start, the “Squad” devoted itself to an explicitly race-based political effort.

Interesting that NO ONE is willing to address this. Yes, they have said many eye-opening and appalling things, but you can't criticize the content - because they are women of color. EXACTLY THE OPPOSITE of what Dr. Martin Luther King wanted to see.

That list is PATHETIC! LOL! Barely anything for direct quotes; threadbare context.

I see antizionism for sure. I see hints of antisemitism but I would want a better background and understanding of the incidents described.

Ultimately I see about 2 examples each. Trump gives you two in one night.

Let me know when you ACTUALLY care about racism instead of looking for gotcha moments.
Who am I kidding....

The list is weak and we've already discussed many of them on this board before. The sections for AOC and Pressley aren't remotely racist. The article doesn't substantiate the headline.

If the list was compiled about a "Squad" of white conservative men who said and done the same things, it wouldn't be viewed as being so weak.

If you can't tell the difference between AOC's comments about concentration camps and Trump's claiming she was from another country, I don't know what to tell you.

I see the difference clearly:
One comment was made by a white man.
The other was made by a "woman of color" ("colored woman" would be racist, right?)
That seems to be the only difference that matters.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and the entire Democratic leadership on Monday condemned Rep. Ilhan Omar for suggesting that Israel’s allies in American politics were motivated by money rather than principle, an extraordinary rebuke of a House freshman in the vanguard of the party’s left flank.

The Minnesota congresswoman’s Sunday evening tweet — “It’s all about the Benjamins baby,” a reference to $100 bills — drew immediate denunciations from Republicans and fellow Democrats, especially Jewish members of Congress. Within hours, Pelosi (D-Calif.) and the leadership issued a joint statement calling Omar’s “use of anti-Semitic tropes and prejudicial accusations about Israel’s supporters” deeply offensive and insisted on an apology.

In response, Omar said her intention was never to offend “my constituents or Jewish Americans as a whole. . . . This is why I unequivocally apologize.”

Yep, and we've talked about that here at length.

Notice, too, that she apologized.

These women are clearly dangerous and a threat to the establishment and our Government. They should be silenced, striped of their office and power, and imprisoned until our President and Attorney General can come up with charges against them.

Of course even though she had to walk it back, it is all about the Benjamins and everybody knows it.

Charges? What cupcake government needs charges? Lock them up and send them back to Queens or whatever rat hole they came from!
