In India, China and many other parts of the world today, girls are killed, aborted and abandoned simply because they are girls. The United Nations estimates as many as 200 million girls are missing in the world today because of this so-called “gendercide." Girls who survive infancy are often subject to neglect, and many grow up to face extreme violence and even death at the hands of their own husbands or other family members. The war against girls is rooted in centuries-old tradition and sustained by deeply ingrained cultural dynamics which, in combination with government policies, accelerate the elimination of girls.

That's partly true.
Remember, also in the United States, and in other countries, where many posters live today, hundreds of thousands of BOYS and GIRLS are put to death every year....
and legal 'medicine' is one of the highest causes of death for all ages.
Whether or not it is "on purpose" for some or not, it has developed and has been allowed "legally" since the 1950's.

what even can be accomplished, if anything ?
In our own country, death and destruction is more than ever before ...... despite any efforts for life.

Who in the USA is WILLING to accept other children, newborns, even before they are delivered,
so
that the women/mothers-to-be/ have companionship, joy, peace, and help in bringing the new life

into the world and enough support willingly to joyously thrive ? (instead of abandoning a baby like was done in china/ and some other countries)
