Numerology: Does anyone else see 11:11 all the time?

I always see 11:11 every time I look at the clock and this number always pops up and I'm not sure why. Is this from God or the devil, and how would I know? I did not ask to see it, nor am I involved in the new age at all. I just randomly see this number and I want to know why. I ignore the new age spiritual teachings on it, but I wonder can this be from God and if so what does it mean? Does anyone else see this or just me? Please don't call me crazy because I heard a lot of other people experience this phenomenon. The spiritual realm is very real, I just want to know what it means, as long as it's not from the devil.

11:11 has two meanings. One means "get back to work", the other means "go to bed".

The human brain desperately looks for patterns in life. It's wired just to do that. This comes out in different ways for different people.

In this case, we had a 9:11 anniversary, and this is november with veterans day just past us. All reasons to see 11's a lot and get your brain focused on it.

Are we supposed to tell you the time is near? I mean the bible makes it clear we should live as if christ is coming back tomorrow. I've had a vision in which I was wide awake but could see a clock as clear as anything else we see in our waking consciousness and it was at the 11th hour. Now this was 4 years ago and nothing has yet to happen. All I can say is don't fret over it, live your life. When the time comes the time comes for Christ to return. Live your life and let the time come when it does.

You can focus on something else obsessively to help move that one out.
Consider that every doorway looks like 11's and you can imagine the problem.
I never even noticed red cars, till I bought one and discovered too many parked near mine. I had a small white station wagon and never had the problem finding my car. Now I see red cars everywhere.

First, 11 is a perfectly fine number - created by the Most High God. However, we are told to be wise as serpents; we know that numbers are important. For the Most High God, you can see He favors 1, 2, 4, 7, and 10. There are gnostic reasons why 11 is suspicious.

New Age says that 11:11 is an awakening number - if you see this, the cosmos is trying to get your attention to make a change and upgrade your spiritual vibration frequency. That is the same "ye shall be as gods" claptrap from the beginning, and just like the old story, the new one is lies mixed with truth.

It is NOT true that seeing these occurrences will help you upgrade your DNA. It IS true that something is trying to get your attention - and it is likely not of the Most High God. Remember, if He wants to talk to His people, He will send a prophet/person, an angel itself, or The Word of God Himself will show up: He isn't going to try to lure you with a compulsive focus on a number (especially one as occult as 11).

Now, you need to make the decision to ignore the enemy, and demand that out of your life in the name of the Redeemer (if it is evil), and continue to do your part (ignoring, praying, etc.) Or, you can choose to ignore it and not pray it away/test the spirit. The latter will be a mistake. You must keep doing this until you understand to stop focusing on it. If you are going to engage in spiritual warfare, be sure you are ready and armoured (Ephesians 6:10-18).

The very fact you are convicted to ask about this, and the fact that you understand this shouldn't be waved away, are spiritual convictions in your favor. The point is to divert the attention to the Most High God so much so that you don't have time to look leisurely look at a clock.

I said exactly what I meant. You may be serious in your position, but you know what you are doing in terms of marginalization.

Why does it need to be from either?
Personally, I don't believe in numerology. God reveals himself in nature, in Scripture and in Jesus, not in numbers; although if an unbeliever was heavily into numerology, he might well use it to get their attention. Just as he sent a star to lead pagan astronomers to his Son.
But if you know the Lord, he speaks to us through his word, through other Christians' lives and testimonies or occasionally, directly - not through random number patterns.

I don't think you're crazy at all.
But I do think it's possible that people see what they want to see, or attach their own meanings onto things.
For example, I was playing a computer word game recently and got the score 666.
I am quite sure that if I asked, there would be some people somewhere who said that the internet is of the devil, (www = 666) and my score just confirms it. There might be others - Satanists - who would say that the devil is obviously trying to communicate with me.
It wouldn't even occur to me to ask what others think. I can make up my own mind about the internet, and it was just a score in a word game.

If I was of the opinion that every number sequence was from God and meant something, I'd look at Bible verses, because that's how he speaks to me. John 6:66 says that people didn't like Jesus' teachings and walked away from him. The 6th book of the NT is Romans; Romans 1:6 says "and you also are called to belong to Jesus Christ." The 6th book of the OT is Joshua; Joshua 1:6 says "be strong and courageous."
So I could say, "God has sent me a 666 sequence to tell me that I am called to belong to Jesus, must not walk away from him, but must be strong and courageous."
It all depends on whether you think God communicates by numbers and how you choose to interpret numbers that we see everyday.

Are you spooked/afraid? Perfect loves drives out all fear.
Have you drawn closer to God? I don't know.
The devil is a liar and a murderer who wants to destroy/corrupt our relationship with God, get us to stop seeking him or take our eyes off him. If you are now more obsessed with finding the "meaning" to these numbers than asking God and seeking his will, the devil is probably gloating.

My guess to our notice of it is that; it is the only digit that can appear four in a row, on a digital clock. Same as our fascination when calendar dates (... 9/9/19) and speedometer numbers line up...

I don't think you understand. The 1111 phenomenon happens to many people, just google it. If it were like what you were saying, just pure coincidence, then why wouldn't people be reporting 10:10, or 2:22? as that happens twice a day too? Why are a bunch of people seeing 1111 specifically? So your argument makes no sense. It's obviously not a coincidence, when it happens everyday for both me and other people.

Now that's a pretty good point I didn't think about. I still think it's probably spiritual though.
