CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

he didn't break any promises - the false narratives are leading you to wrong conclusions - that is the pitfall of getting your news from inaccurate mainstream sources - you start believing things that are not true
the problem is if people don't like trump they won't even check to see if the stories are true or not
i didn't know trump so i had no bias - i started studying various media to find the truth on trump because msm narratives seemed hysterical and unprofessional - i found the veracity problem was with msm - not trump
other quality christians have also found better news sources and the truth on trump
there are for sure liars and hypocrites but trump is not one of them

Trump brags about buying off politicians to get his way. He just buys republicans, these days. He's no more a republican than he was a democrat. He just pretends as the wind blows.
The difference is, few democrats actually believed him when he was pretending to be a democrat.

this is true - he has crossed party lines and appeals to people of all parties genders ethnicities economic levels - that is why he won the 2016 election
in these past 2 years he has proven that partisan politics is ineffective - career politicians made it woefully so
he is shaking up politics at it's roots
career politicians and msm are angry because he won't play the party game - americans love him for the same reason
he's getting things done quickly efficiently and cost effectively - that is why the wave is turning red

We can tell them the truth about Trump until we're blue in the face, but their faithfulness to him is unwavering and I seriously doubt they will ever admit they compromised their moral convictions to vote for him and to continue to support him. I'm sure these Christians would still support him and dote over him even if he told them point blank that he lies and cheats. Like I said, if Trump was a liberal Democratic president, they would be condemning him instead of fiercely supporting him.

i don't need to be taken seriously because there is only a small portion that believe msm -
everyone else believes their 401k's - their paychecks - their one job that replaced 3 jobs - etc - there is no amount of msm spin that can erase the tangibles -
the spin is why msm is losing their audience and the d's are losing their voters - d's and indies have 401k's /paychecks/etc - they can see for themselves - the walkaways are growing
