I read that the GOP has more money on hand now than they did back in 2016.

They’re better financed for a midterm than they were during a Presidential election (which they won).

Some of those strange acting protesters are making the left look pretty silly to the average American.

It seems that there is more support for Trump than being reported.

America is really divided right down the middle these days. Feels kind of like a Civil War starting up? Hopefully people will start to mellow out here and enjoy this great country.

I don’t think the Democrats have figured out what all went wrong with their party over the last 10 or 12 years. They won one midterm and two Presidential elections and seemed to think they’d be walking in tall cotton for the rest of their days.

Until they zero in on the real problem, I don’t expect for their situation to ever get better... so I hope they continue ignoring the obvious.

Let’s check shall we:

Wages are stagnant:

Worker pay rate hits highest level since 2008

The Employment Cost Index is a good indicator, but it takes both wages and other compensation into account. Also in your own linked article there was this:

Significant wage gains have been a missing part of the economic recovery, with average hourly earnings increases barely keeping pace with inflation.

And in the linked article.

The jobs 'conundrum' continues: 'How are we not getting higher wages?'

People are working three jobs.

4.9% hold two.

O.k. you got me. I had the temerity to use a little hyperbole.

Well what's more impressive than that is that down South in red hot areas there were folks out protesting Trump & Kavanaugh, lol. Only could Trump have caused Alabamians to elect a Democrat.

Lots of the farmers feel betrayed by Trump.

They lost congressional seats in the 2016 election. If that's winning, this mid term is shaping up to be great for them.

A few thousand people isn't enough to win national, or even state-wide, elections.

But I do appreciate resurrecting lies about crowd sizes. Brings me back to the old days when Spicer's first job was to lie about photographic evidence of how many people stayed away from Trump's inauguration.

Even so, Dems have a long way to go to get back to where they were before Election Day in 2010. They lost something like 1,000 seats across the nation starting around then. Even if they recapture the House and (somehow) the Senate in a few weeks from now, that won't make them what they used to be.

While true, it is more than that. The last whistle stop he did, 90,000 requested tickets before hand, the line was almost a mile long.

Seems like his base is similar if not bigger in response to what it was two years ago.

And Kavanaugh has helped the Republicans, not hurt them.

Why is it Trump supporters can't seem to get over the last few elections? If they're not complaining about Clinton it is about how many elections people lost a decade ago. What is it about the people they currently elected that makes them want to talk about things from the past?

According to who?

Seems like his base is similar if not bigger in response to what it was two years ago.

His base has never been enough to win elections, though, so who cares?

And Kavanaugh has helped the Republicans, not hurt them.

The data here is mixed at best.
