Does God create temporal consequences for sins that one commits against others? Even if the offender has taken every action to do it in secret without anyone knowing it was them?

He can. God has MANY ways of dealing with problems with His big picture in mind. If we stay close to Him, we will end up on top no matter what strategy He chooses to use.

"And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose." Romans 8:28 NKJV

No, that is what the Day of Judgment is all about.

So anyone can wreak havoc on others lives and God will just watch it happen? What's the point of prayer then if God won't intervene?

So that He would be with us, and that we would land on our feet. With or without God, this world is treacherous. With God, its treachery can be used to our advantage.

When Joseph finally reconnected with his brothers (who had previously sold him into slavery), he said,

"But as for you, you meant evil against me; but God meant it for good, in order to bring it about as it is this day, to save many people alive." Genesis 50:20 NKJV

My girlfriend ex boyfriend is using a mistake she made a few years ago to shame her on the internet. The police were involved but they don't have enough evidence to legally charge him but they know it's him who is behind it. Unless he is caught or taken off the earth by God, he has free reign to continue to take pleasure in embarassing her over and over again.

In that type of situation, the more attention you give to the person doing the wrong, the more they will persist in doing it.

If a person like that (Bully) is ignored, they have no ammunition to use against you.

Is what is being done embarrassing, has it already taken place, then move on, it's over.

I believe God doesn't intervene in these types of instances is, we would call down the Wrath of God upon everyone we disagreed with., you say here, "Unless he is taken off the earth" isn't that a little harsh for being embarrassed?

And how is he able to do it over and over again if it's already been done., sounds like there are pictures involved.

Don't acknowledge him any more, move on with your life, and it will die on it's own.
As long as you keep picking at that scab, it will never heal.

The reason that I ask is because Jesus had this to say on the matter,

"Blessed are you when they revile and persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely for My sake. Rejoice and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in heaven, for so they persecuted the prophets who were before you." Matthew 5:11-12 NKJV

I would just love to move on and forget about it and let wounds heal.....but then would if he decides to re-open those wounds later on down the line only to go through all this over again? We're at his mercy of being able to fully move on from it.
