Yes, the image is fake, which would make it fake news. However, I suspect that since they posted the fake image, they don't consider it to be wrong and disingenuous to post something fake like that.

Of course the image is photoshopped, but that absolutely does not make it fake. It is an excellent visual illustration of Nancy Pelosi's response to Trump's comment, and what her defense of MS-13 really amounts to. It depicts a truth.

Some people miss the point of comedy. If the
image were being put out as a serious news
item, as CNN often does with photoshopped
images, that would be fake news. Otherwise
the biggest fake news source would be SNL

tulc the image was from twitter, not any news source. I am not sure if you use twitter? If you did then you would know that both sides make political jabs this way.

Also the "lost" children were from Honduras. They entered the US unaccompanied. They were placed with people. ( not caged)
Now we are unable to make actual contact with 1475. But that does not mean they are in any harm. There were actually over 7000 that entered the country as unaccompanied minors from Honduras. I guess if Trump had used Obama's cages then we would never have lost them?

I was under the impression conservatives and Republicans didn't like things that smacked of "fake news" and what's more fake then doctoring a photo to make it into something it isn't?
