God absolutely uses the devil. He uses the devil and demons to show me my weaknesses and to ''get me in line'' when I am out of His will. satan thinks he is getting to me and hurting me but his attacks only make Gods children stronger. satan is a catalyst to sort out the children of God

No. The devil promotes his evil among those who do not know Jesus as Savior, and those who do, but have drifted away from the pristine path God prepared for them.

The devil only attacks non Christians and true Christians are not attacked? Is this what I have to do is quit sinning, repent and believe. If I do all these things the devil will starve? Or am I always going to have trials and tribulations? And that God will not allow more things to happen to me then I can handle, because He will always be there for me?

Does the Devil not attack a true Christian and leave them alone for weaker souls or does he want the believer more then the unbeliever because he knows he already has the unbeliever. Or is he too busy with the unbeliever to bother going after the believer?or is it just that the believer is too strong through Christ, so the devil doesn't even think about it?

Firstly ive had the privilidge of hearing voices.
In 2011 an insane voice as loud as airplanes over your head kept yelling at me. I heard a being asking for my help. It announced itself as the devil. I kept rebuking him. He pretended to be god, got me to pray on my knees then went back to his voice saying "now sacrifice yourself to satan".
Then i heard what sounded like interdimensional nuke explosions. All over as i walked around scared. This lasted daily all day for weeks. I found its not the devil but something technological. I reduced its volume level by locating and adjusting its source. As the bible says the devil is an imitator.

Yes, He definitely does. All through Scripture and beyond.
James chapter 1 verse 13
When tempted, no one should say, "God is tempting me." For God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does he tempt anyone;

The devil attacks non-Christians second-by-second, persuading them to reject Jesus. The devil attempts to attack those Christians who have strayed from the Path God chose for them at the point of salvation, through His Amazing Grace. The Holy Spirit occupies each born-again Believer in Jesus as Savior. He leads each of us along the Path that God has prepared. Imagine the devil as a sniper, taking shots at us. Those of us who yield to the incoming bullet (sin) will suffer consequences for our drifting, or stepping off the Spiritual Path. THAT is of our OWN doing. Own it!

We are embraced by the Holy Spirit of God 24/7/365. When we yield to that incoming bullet, WE push away from His embrace! Just as Adam-Eve, we are on our own!

The Amazing Grace of God offers a return to His Path. We grieve! We realize that we are departing from God to "do it our way," ala Frank Sinatra. We yield to Him in prayer! We pray, "Father, forgive me! I've sinned! I repent!" And our repentance is in the blessed Name of Jesus! Praise God from Whom ALL blessings flow!!

Interesting, so God does not do the tricking nor does he stand aside to let things happen. Through temptation, Is this kind of what that verse says?

Scary stuff. I've had stuff like that happen to me in the past. I've use to be scared of end times, nukes etc but now I am kind of learning that if hypothetically I die then there is a slight chance I am going to heaven. Now I'm for the first time almost understanding what it takes to truly enter God's kingdom.

Offcourse God allows the devil to test man or to discipline him. Look at the book of Job. The Lord allowed the devil to afflict Job to test him. The only thing He did not allow satan to do was to take Job's life.
You WILL have trails in this life whether you are a true christian or not.
In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world."John 16:33
Yes, God will not allow anything more than you can bear.
And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it. 1 Corinthians 10:13
Offcourse the devil does attack true christians. Infact he is working overtime to get them. There is a saying "greater the level, greater the devil". The more you follow God the more you get attacked on all sides. Its not easy. That's why many of God's people want nothing more than to leave this planet and to be home with the Lord. But on your part you should confess your sins and stay away from all forms of sin so that the devil will not have any legal hold over you. That's what you can do for yourself.

God allows the devil a level of freedom, and Satan does evil things with that freedom. But God is able to leverage those circumstances to accomplish good. It's kind of like if someone is trying to swing at you or rush you in a fight, but you abuse their momentum to throw them to the ground so all that force they generated ends up hurting them instead. God is very good at turning things around like that.

"You intended to harm me, but God intended it for good to accomplish what is now being done, the saving of many lives." - Genesis 50:20

"And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose." - Romans 8:28

Does God step aside and allow things to happen purposely, perhaps allowing things to happen to teach or discipline people?

'It is evil in our own hearts which lead us into evil'.

Otherwise, 'it rains and sun shines even on the righteous'. God has always delivered me from the rain.

Father God would not hand one of His children over to the devil for discipline, He will do that Himself as the Book of Hebrews plainly states.

That being said, if the devil asks to sift you like he did with Peter, God may allow it. It won't have anything to do with disciplining you, though, it will just be for testing. And Jesus promised to intercede for Peter, and you can bank He also intercedes for believers if they endure this.

One of Satan's favorite tools against the Christian is doubt and compromise. A little yeast works through the whole batch of dough. Reminds me of those who have given into doubt/compromise and accepted millions of years in Genesis. Very sad...

Wrong answer.
The devil whilst he roams the earth promoting and devouring people I agree, He is Gods puppet. He cannot do anything outside Gods will.
If you read the book of Job 1
You can see that God commands what he can and cannot do. God clearly can use the devil because you need to remember, he is Gods devil. In the end times God bounds and releases Satan. Again God controls His devil.
God has often allowed satanic attacks on me to either bring me back inline, or to teach, or to chastise me. God Himself cannot be tempted to do evil, but can and does allow His devil to attack us. When we are right standing with God, we are Satan’s target yes, but if God had no control over Satan, we would all be screwed.
God uses His devil for His purposes.

Just to throw a little teaser for ye
Did you notice in Job that whilst God threw Satan out of heaven, that Satan still wonders around in heaven??
The devil is Gods devil, don’t ever forget that
