I saw that td jakes was ranked the best pastor in the world which probably means nothing but I thought it was interesting that people rated him the best.

It does indeed make him a false teacher. If a pastor taught, lets say that a husband has every right to beat their wife if shes not submissive. Would you say "We should still listen to this man, he may be wrong but hes still a brother in Christ!". Of course not.

Is that what he teaches?

How can you know how good a pastor is unless you know him personally?

The job description of a pastor is to personally care for the individuals in your flock.
