Those are known as "Old Testament events."

The reason is simple: they happened in Old Testament times.

The Bible is not flawed, but some interpretations are. ALL the men of the Bible were corrupt, just as all men are corrupt today.

*** A person doesn't have to be the sharpest tool in the shed to figure out that men capable of killing the Son of God were capable of creating books wherein they are so prominently featured above the "Gentile dogs" (a term they invented in their bigoted writings). Anyway, one only needs to look at the actual history of the so called "chosen people" compared to their claims of an age which we have no history books for.

I regard our future Jewish brethren as "God's chosen" since they are examples of mankind without Christ. God Bless you

The authors of the four gospels would have done everything they could to get their gospels copied, and distributed throughout the Roman world.

If somebody copies the Urantia book, they get sued. Clearly, revelations from God nowadays come with a price tag attached.

They wouldn't be sued and would loose if they did. The Urantia Book no longer has a copyright, It's in the public domain. There were early court battles as the book was in the trust and under a copyright lest it be tampered with. Eventually an appeals court judge ruled that celestial beings can't have a copyright, that "since the Conduit had deceased prior to 1983, only the Conduit's heirs would have been eligible to renew the copyright in 1983 and, since they had not done so, the Urantia Foundation's copyright on the book had expired and the book had therefore passed into the public domain. False, and I hope your slander of the Bible's Author doesn't preclude your entry into heaven. Since it was written by the Spirit of Truth, it MUST agree with every discovery of Science and History. IF it doesn't, your interpretation is False. IMHO

It's the spirit of truth, and just a little common sense, that can set men free from fear of church retaliation and societal indoctrination. Bible worshipers live in a self constructed bubble wherein they deny facts and embrace the speculation and conjecture of ancient, superstitious men.

Jesus set men free to live lives if originality before God.
