Hi,
I don't have an issue with the Lord but I have a hard time understanding since
the situation I am in relates to me.
I was searching online and one website was sharing the scripture of Jeremiah,
that the Lord planned our conception and birth. Again, no issues here.
Issue is it goes on to say, it does not matter how the coupling of the mother and father but that the result is God planned the creation of this child.
I came across a news article online where some church leader impregnated 50 woman
some of whom were raped and very young age.
I was cheated on and now there is a child on the way that is not mine.
I am struggling to understand why God is Holy yet HE would allow unholy acts in
the creation of a human life. Then that seed grows up with the genetic make up of the parents,
he or she becomes good or bad, I have no clue, that's another question.
Is this one area where one just gives up and uses scripture of His ways are not our ways?
I am choosing to see this child as the Lords and not the circumstances that brought it
into the world, yet I am still human, hurt deeply and looking for understanding.
Thanks
