Praying really works!

HI!

My heart is full of happiness and excitement because I have just witness the power of prayer just now. I want to share but it is work hour and I can't talk to my friends so I am posting my bursting heart here.

I work as a door-to-door sales person. I don't sell stuff directly but promote my company to dentists. (I work at a dental lab)
It is a really dreadful job because a lot of the dentists would shoo me away as soon as I say I am from a dental lab. Even if I want to keep the positive energy, it is hard to keep it after several rejections in my face.

Usually I listen to music in my car while driving (I drive over 100 miles a day to visit different dentists offices in different area), but today I just wanted to shut everything down and pray while I drive.
I talked to myself, I talked to god, I prayed that the next office would be kinder to me and the weather is forgiving. Even before I enter the office, I quickly pray to Jesus for good luck.

Today had been my best day as of how the sales went. All the managers were nice. Some said to come back tomorrow to talk more. Dentists said they were looking for a new lab and asked me questions about the price and turn-around time.

I am so happy right now. Even if those dentists wouldn't send me any cases, but I had the one of the best day ever. I can't think of anything other than the prayer that brought it to me.

Answer to prayers are not always in God's voice, but just day to day interaction. I am so glad Jesus came to me and opened my eyes.

Brilliant! Jesus is so awesome and loving. I like that you can say 'Even if...' and already be happy from the sheer joy of knowing Jesus loves you and is there for you.

It still blows my mind how incredible God's love for us is and the gifts He gave us, the Holy Spirit and Lord Jesus Christ.

Jesus truly is the Light of the World.

That's great. It makes me nervous sometimes how well prayers work at times.
