Oh, yes, I'm with you now. Yeah, 2008 onwards I locked myself in the gym. Made drastic changes, to the point that my high school friends don't really recognise me. (Some do though.)

I definitely noticed rapid beard growth between 09 and 10. But that could have been the age factor.

Yeah, I remember reading some study that said women can tell what kind of body a man has just by looking at the face.

Luckily for men, our testosterone peaks in the 30s I believe. Lots of scrawny men in their early 20s starts bulking up by the time they are in their 30s. Only thing one has to watch out for is not becoming fat, lol.

Miss Brianna, it is becoming clear to me that that "hot lady pirate" picture that Jack of Spades (or was it you?) posted so long ago to characterize yourself, actually hardly does you justice.
