No. Man did not, no matter how long of a time span given, evolve from a single asexual regenerative cell

The best available evidence indicates that man is descended from a long sequence of earlier ancestors, which have gone through at least 3.8 billion (and possibly as much as 4.2 billion) years of incremental change.

The evidence to support this keeps piling up.
