Just so you know, I've been to the Nonni's plant. They're based here in town (Tulsa). I've seen flavors from them you'll never get to enjoy, like Red Velvet, Salted Caramel, and Praline Pumpkin. :D

FUN FACT: Did you know the word "biscotti" is Italian for "twice baked", and not "biscuit" as many surmise? :)

Not wrong. It's a curve ball I only saw how to bunt when I attended culinary school, and learned how to bake them myself. It is indeed a cookie that is indeed baked twice for extra crunchiness, meant to be enjoyed alongside either a cappuccino or an espresso. :D

4 vanilla wafer cookies (with most of the frosting scraped off.. because I have to think about eating more healthy somewhere)
