Lately it seems my sense of balance is slipping. This especially happens when I go for a walk. I start to spontaneously feel slightly dizzy and start to lose balance. It's not crippling but it happening at work is a little worrying.

Should I be worried?

The sun is shining, the weather is perfect, my family is home and laughing. This should be such a lovely day but I can't get out of my mood and weird funk long enough to enjoy it.
Maybe it's just a Netflix kind of afternoon lol. Any good suggestions?

I was watching something about the history of castles in Great Britain. Some that I watched was interesting and I remembered a little of it from a history of England class I took a few years ago.

Other than that.. I have trouble finding anything worth watching on netflix lately. But there could be something good hiding.

I also get blurry vision, dizziness laying in bed and one time it got so bad that I felt like I was going to collapse.

I've had anxiety all my life but I never had something like this before...

I've had anxiety all my life but I never had something like this before...

That could also be anxiety as well. The symptoms of a panic attack mirror medical emergecies, but to be safe I would get checked out.

There's a doctor shortage where I live. Most of my area's doctors live in the cities where they can make more money.
