Even in failure we can find perfection. That's what Gods grace is about.

Just to be clear, you're trying to be perfect, but you know you can't, and require some sort of mercy to ease your conscience because of it?They are the same thing, in my opinion. Trying to be the best person one can be is to strive for perfection. To try being only half perfect is not trying to be the best.

Also, I wonder if he thinks Moses crossed the Reed Sea (or Sea of Reeds), not the Red Sea.Wouldn't be the weirdest thing in a religious text.
* cough *Or, *cough* scholars* cough* believe donkey's and serpents speak, wood turns into snakes, people rise from the dead and walk on water...
Once again, I am trying to help the poor ignorant people out there. They tend to hurt themselves and others when they insist that fairy tales are true. What good is it to waste your life arguing with people? At least a Christian sees a purpose in it. However, if i were an atheist i wouldn't bother, because life is short.

If your actions were hypocritical wouldn't you want to know so that you could correct those errors, I know that I want want that for myself.
I wouldnt waste my short life arguing with people, no.
You would not try to help people in need? That is too bad.
Tearing down peoples faith, on the internet, is not my idea of help. If i were an atheist, who didnt believe in the Resurrection of the dead, i wouldn't waste my short life tearing others faith down, but would instead enjoy what little time i have left. Unless of course i enjoyed endless hours of mind numbing argument, that only cause people more harm than good, then i might do that.
You mean the fairytale of dead unconscious things performing miracles?Once again, I am trying to help the poor ignorant people out there. They tend to hurt themselves and others when they insist that fairy tales are true.
A person's faith does not have to be torn down. One can still be a Christian and accept reality. Most Christians seem to do so. I am not trying to tear anyone down, I am trying to build them up.

Indeed, a poor and ignorant belief...
Only deep indoctrination could have anyone believe that.
No you're not. You are only causing division and strife, quite needlessly, over fallible theories of science. If you actually wanted to build people up you might try reminding them how they are supposed to feed the poor and help each other. That would build people up in truth, and help the whole world as well.

Were you taught that, or is that your own opinion?Does that really matter since Moses never existed in he first place?
They say for everything God has, Satan has a cheap imitation.Tearing down peoples faith, on the internet, is not my idea of help.
