I really didn't mean to upset anyone. I could have phrased it differently. And thin does not always stay thin. My sister in law was skinny. Now, she is about 150lbs. But two kids can do that to you. My cousin Joy was extremely thin. She had white hair and pale skin. Mom said she was so skinny and pale she looked clear. And Joy is one of the sweetest people you could ever meet. Of course, I guess it is what you are used to as to what you find attractive. Southern girls aren't usually thin. Mountain/hillbilly girls aren't usually thin. That's what I grew up with so that is what I find attractive.

Um, no. I will continue to express myself as I see fit. As for my mother, recently she saw some women on tv wearing bikinis and she commented about their hip bones protruding. She said, "reminds me of those springing heifers John XXXXX had that I called the ASPCA about". John XXXXX owned a dairy farm near us and he was starving his young cows because they weren't giving milk yet. Every day my mother would go by his farm and see dead cows laying in his fields.

The one thing my mother taught me above all else was to be honest and that "plain talk is easily understood".

Now gentlemen, I realize you have different opinions and Jeff I appreciate the fact that you consider all women beautiful but can we be kind to one another? It's perfectly fine to disagree and to address things we don't agree with but let's do it in a kind manner. I think there has been enough bickering on the singles for a few days as it is. William....you might want to reconsider your choice of words....I realize you don't find women like that appealing, and that's okay, but think of your sisters in Christ and friends on cf who may be really skinny. Just a thought.
