God is full of Love and Compassion, not willing for any to eternally perish (forever live without Him).

A sincere turn is all it takes, regardless of the time thereafter.

The difference, of course, being that the former has been rigoroulsy studied and known to exist for decades, while the latter is just a claim, and probably doesn't exist.
