Nearly told me boss 'where to go' today, place is going downhill. I am kind of considering looking into opening my own online business on the side, start small and then work big.

I am not just referring to Zen Buddhist methods of meditation, I am referring to a natural practice one should do for their own mind. The mind can easily begin working overtime with many thoughts or worries and needs its own practices to relax and clear itself. I used to be skeptical of such practices until I began practicing them and I have had some amazing experiences.

An easy method is to find a quiet area where you will not be disturbed

If you are sitting on a chair, have you feet flat against the floor, your hands resting on your legs just above the knees, your back flat against the chair back, but your position slightly tilting forwards. Start breathing in and out until you get a rhythm going and just begin focusing on your breath. You can either focus on a particular thought or say in your mind 'thinking' as each thought comes to go back to nothing. You can apply the same principal in bed lying down. It is an interesting experience after about 5-10 minutes when the mind can begin 'taking you to places on its own'.

I would actually really like to sell clothing xaxa.

Particularly traditional clothing (like Desi style, Moroccan, 1800's, Medieval..) in nice modest and relaxed cuts. Also made from good fabrics.

Today's clothing styles seem so boring and lazy. I also don't like the way 'fashion' is heading.

Some of the medieval clothing is cool, not sure I'd wear it though I've seen a suit of armour on a stand that I'd love to have in my office one day, but it's $5,000. That'd be a tough sell
