I no longer possess a finite mind, nor do I live in a finite setting. You may have heard about being born again and becoming a new creation? It's real...and if I had not experienced it...I wouldn't believe it either. But the fact that it is such a big topic and people keep experiencing it...you may want to take it more seriously.

You see, I was like you, a citizen of the finite material world. But I, for lack of a better term, died...and was born into the spiritual kingdom. I am indeed plugged into that infinite data base...but your middle name...sorry to say...is a dead circuit. When the finite purpose of this world is complete, all who have been born again of the spirit will have place in the greater reality in which this temporal world was created. All who were not born again will go out when the lights go out. That's what we've been trying to tell you.

You don't know what you are talking about. You and science are attempting to re-write history and creation...and what you obviously don't even have a clue about...is "It is finished." The park closes at midnight.

Not true, everything is still evolving. Science is writing a more accurate story, one based on what Creation is showing us directly. As we look around at God's own Creation, as created by God and signed off with His signature, from the very beginning the cosmos, life and spirit has evolved and is still evolving. Creation itself is telling us that it's still a work in process. And it's not at all finished. The world is embracing this new cosmology that science is opening up for us. Either find a way to weave it into ones spiritual trajectory, or become irrelevant as humanity moves on. Things are evolving, you can't stop it.

Science has not come up with a tool that can gauge the supernatural, mainly because of self-limitation.

How do you know that the tools of science can not detect the supernatural if it were real? It seems to me that you start with the assumption that the supernatural is real, and ignore every negative result.

If we look at the stories in the Old and New Testament, we see plenty of things that science could detect. We have manna falling from the sky, a pillar of fire guiding people through the desert, blind people being miraculously healed by the touch of a hand. Are you telling me that science could not detect these things?

I don't see why or where your question even becomes applicable to Panentheism considering the fact that there's far more active circuitry that is visible inside of this solar system than there are circuits inside of a human brain.

If you really need an answer to that question, as far as I know, it would work just fine, it would just work more slowly.

If this process of awareness exists, it then operates on a time scales so far apart that we would not be able to detect (and vice versa).

And, I would ask, are you projecting the modern philosophy of mind onto this "awareness"?

Stick to what you will, change comes hard. In the mean time, the Christian cosmology story has absolutely no relevance in today's world. It's not used in geology, mining, economics, medicine, education, astrophysics, biology, society, the biosphere, history, the evolving history of the earth or the evolving history of the universe...nothing! It no longer has any relevance to the functioning world of today. Period! It's a non-functioning cosmology story. Even God's own Creation tells a different story. The question still stands: How can we Lover's of God weave the new functioning cosmology story into our spiritual lives?

Your question was ultimately irrelevant to the scientific question of whether or not the universe is 'aware', or the validity of Panentheism.
