1. The difference between human and chimp intelligence is due to the difference in our genomes.

2. We have ample evidence of shared ancestry between humans and chimps, such as shared ERV's.

3. The pattern of differences between humans and chimps is consistent with random mutation, as evidence by Ka/Ks ratios in genes vs. pseudogenes and conservation of these regions between the genomes.
