Lets agree to disagree
How often do you here that? I have heard it one to many times and I hate it. If two people have two different ideas about one topic we now have two sides. This is two minds.
i have come up against a lot of people who believe that their point is scriptural and no matter what you may say they just get more stubborn. so when are we to sat enough is enough or let agree to disagree with each other?
Two minds leads to confusion. How much confusion is there? Let us be honest, confusion runs rampant among the people. Now confusion amongst the church is wild. Thats why we have flavours;

you need to clarify your statement because i believe what you are saying is that is 2 people agree to disagree that we are in confusion correct. because what you say is unscriptural. what causes confusion is when 2 people are debating their point of view and a 3rd party reads what is said and is unsure of their stance is where the confusion takes place. see ps 2:1, her 10:22, acts 19:40
This is not one mind this is many; hence the denominations and even still, we have segmented minds within.
Segmentation leads to what?
It leads to grudges, altercations and disagreements.
This spreads like wild fire and Satan knows it. So why is it so prevalent, this segmentation?
segmentation is not wrong. it is debating that is wrong. debating leads to anger and anger leads to division. if you are not mature enough to handle the content then scripturally speaking you should not be involved with it at all. see 1 cor 3:2
Because Satan is real and he is set out to do just this, Let us agree to disagree.

For God is not the author of confusion
So we must be. Remember the story of babel how thy tried to build a tower to the heavens?
Their arrogance and pride was a result of their confusion, yes God split languages up but not because he wanted to but because men thought they were better than God.
Can Satan lead us into confusion? I have no doubt.
So how do we stay out of confusion?
Psalm 71
In thee, O Lord, do I put my trust: let me never be put to confusion.
Trusting in God and not man is a good start.
Prove all things; hold fast that which is good.
Abstain from all appearance of evil.

So prove all things, read the word of God and if something does not run sound to it, then that something is something you must come out of. If someone tells you doctrine, do not swallow it like you will die if you do not believe what youre told. Anything a man has to say has to be tested. I do not care who you are as long as you have blood running through your veins, youre eligible to spread a lie. Yes this goes for me too. Do not be fooled by learned or educated men, men like Desiderius Erasmus can also make mistakes.
If a man is of great renown; his input is of no greater value than a homeless guy down the street.
There is one perfect authority and this is the Word of God.
It is so easy to think we have Elites in this world we must bow down to.
So easy to accept what a person of higher authority tells us.
To God he is worthless.
If he has not God Jesus he is the living dead and is brought to nothing.
Through Jesus we are made alive.
Anything an Elite has to say is earthy. Unless he knows Jesus he has Earthy information that will fade away with his dead corpse.

we can basically make the bible say anything if we twist the Word enough. the way you are using the word "confusion" i believe you are using the wrong context for your argument here. if you can define your meaning of confusion i can look at your arguments and see how it fits in.

There is much instruction from God for us to be of one mind. So we are not to agree to disagree. If you need an answer or have a problem with something then search out the scriptures and find the final truth.
again you assuming unless you are referring to the church as a whole. if you are referring to the church as a whole then it will never happen unless you are referring to the true church of Christ and then you are still segmenting all the other churches. then also confusion could also be had by just putting unsaved people into your church since they will not probably believe the same as you and thus you are bringing confusion into your church. so to assume confusion is 2 people of different views who disagree is not wrong or we are all in for a lot of trouble.
