God does not exist is a universal negative and cannot be proven.

If X does not exist we must go to the entire universe and have unlimited knowledge to find out if this is true or not. The universal negatives like atheism become unprovable as long as we remain finite, and not omniscient.

I think I understand what happened and it clearly was not evolution. Definitely not the type of evolution that will build a complex genetic nanomachine. It is clearly going in the wrong direction.

I am not ignoring anything. I am disagreeing that it represents evolution.

It was an empirical demonstration of mutations leading to the development of the ability to metabolize citrate anoxically after many thousands of generations. That is evolution. If you want to deny that, fine, you are welcome to be blatantly and obviously wrong in front of everyone.
