that would not be correct. God in part uses foreknowledge of our ahead actions to choose what is His perfect will, the other part His sovereignty. I am not sure what the ration of sovereignty to free will is, you would have to go to General theology threads for that. But I have been told it is like watching a parade from a helecopter. You know what float will appear next before the one on the ground. Our life is a time line, and God is outside of teh time line pointing at different events as they come in time and space. It's foreknowledge of the future. We still have a choice, we simply choose what is best and that basically is God's perfect will. God will not contradict Himself. He only wants Good for His children.
If god has perfect foreknowledge as implied by the quality of omniscience then there is only one course for all of the future, whether we are are aware of it or not. Every supposed choice already has the outcome determined.
