Some state it is unclear if Martin retreated. It is speculative to state Martin was an aggressor. Zimmerman stated he forgot he was carrying his weapon. That weapon that Zimmerman forgot was on him, was used against Martin who had no idea Zimmerman was carrying it. Only Zimmerman's DNA was confirmed to be on the weapon and gun holster. Zimmerman's dishonesty is clear.

Every account claims that Martin ran, which is retreating. The gir friend's testimony was that Martin then determined to go back to find Zimmerman and confront. Which, oddly enough, comports with Zimmerman's account of events.

However, the traces of THC in his system do not mean he used the drug the night he was killed. THC can stay in the human body for as long as 30 days or more, depending on the potency of the individual plant, how much was used and the physiological makeup of the user.

Michelle Alexander has more time invested into observing Trayvon Martin's life than most of the public including CF members. Ms. Alexander did not condemn Trayvon Martin when commenting on about his life. Whenever an individual or group condemns Martin, the individual or group's condemnation has not merit next to that of the expert.
