I hope I can hang in there, I've been doing a lot of kitchen-work tonight because my dad has a toothache that sort of debilitated him. The dentist said it could be because of allergies, and that is possible. But he is going to go again to the dentist again because the pain is very difficult. Tonight is kind of difficult for me.

I feel like nothing is helping me. Medications haven`t worked since I started taking these in 2011. Talking to therapist seems pointless and anyway I don`t talk much there.

I quit talking to my therapist to in the meetings. then I insulted her and she lost interest in trying to help me. I didn't intend to insult her, but I did. I told her I didn't feel like I was getting my money's worth. I was trying to be honest, but I just ended up being hateful and rude. so, I ended up quitting my therapy. then I had developed health problems and got off my meds. that's when things got really bad. but I reached out for God and for other people and on these forums and so forth, and now I believe I'm starting to make a little headway. I've realized it takes work, one day at a time, and total trust in God and God alone. if you want to get better then you have to take the responsibility for your own recovery. if you need encouragement send me a message.
