CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Sure it is, if that God actually doesn't exist and people are wasting significant portions of their lives worshipping or praying to a fictitious character.... which happens to be my personal belief on the matter.

Your calling me a liar for beliving in God. The truth is, God is true. Believe it? Don't get me wrong, your choice is your choice. I believe in God and He is true. Please stop calling me a liar by saying Im worng. God forbid I prove to one that doubts, anything.
Believe in the truth, there is no exhange. I did not force you to comment my post. Please refrain from doing so.

Liking or hating you doesn't enter into the equation, I believe you are mistaken in your beliefs, that doesn't make you a bad person or worthy of hatred.
No I'm not, I said I believe you are mistaken. There's a big difference between lying and being mistaken about a point. That's not the way you're phrasing it in regards to us though...
If you want to post something, I have every right to respond to it. If you don't want to hear dissenting opinions, then don't post on a public forum....

No it's not, I'm not on here mocking or being disrespectful. I was making a point by expressing my personal opinion on the matter as a non-believer.
You said fighting against God isn't good, whereas I expressed my view that if indeed your God actually doesn't exist, then fighting against the idea can be one of the nicest things you can do for someone.

Please quote where I called you or anyone else a liar, if not I expect you to withdraw your comment, as that is actually being dishonest and purposefully insulting.
You are certainly free to express your views, and we are free to respond to them. If you think it's disrespectful to have your views challenged, again, that's your problem.

How is it my problem when I express that God is good? And Dave Ellis disagree's? Do you agree that God is good? Do you agree with me, or do you disagree?
Where is the problem exactly? The ones that believe in God or the ones that come to a Christian site and call the believers in God liars by disagreeing?

I think it's an irrelevant question as I don't think your God exists.
And again, I did not call you a liar, and I've never called you a liar. I've already made you aware of that fact, and challenged you to post a quote of me calling you a liar if you disagree. You have not done that so far, so if you wish to continue asserting that I called you a liar, that will actually make you a liar. Your call.

You're certainly free to believe whatever you want to, I'm not an advocate of trying to remove that that right either.
However, if you post on a public forum, specifically in a section where non-believers are allowed to post, you can expect to hear criticism or rebuttals from people who disagree with your views.
I expect to hear arguments against some of my posts, that's neither disrespectful nor out of line.... I'm curious as to why you think it is?
