The language in the DOMA case indicates the Prop 8 case is going to be punted based on standing. So DOMA is gone, as is Prop 8 (though on narrow grounds). I can live with that.

Because that wasn't part of the suit. This ruling could mean the ability to challenge section 2 in the future. There's some fairly strong language in there.
