CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Ahhh, it happens. People change, people move on, people are people. That's why the Scriptures define us as a "sea" or the "waters." We churn around like the ocean, and we toss about. So, it's no surprise that we all change and forget so frequently. It's what mankind is the best at.
So take no offense to it. It hurts, yes, and it's always sad, but it's just the way of life. You do, however, always find at least one person that hangs onto you always though. There are some that remain close, and they are truly a blessing, so cherish them when you find them.
Also, remember, some of the fault of said fading friendships most likely also rests on your shoulders. If either of you, for even a second, starts to not take the relationship as seriously as when it first was at its strongest, then that was the beginning of the end. If your friend, or you, at all started to drift even for a second, then the other friend reciprocates the action because they feel slightly awkward or a little distant. So, it's a vicious cycle that continues to repeat right on down the line until things entirely fade out.

You two blame eachother all the time
and my life has been full of "friends" leaving me or putting me down, so i just don't get attached to people i guess but i try to build the friendships up as time goes on x
