I do enjoy the Awake tea, I think its the assam tea that I like.

have you ever had pure assam tea?
it is a little too harsh for me
I like it blended in Breakfast tea
but just pure assam is not really my thing

No, I agree. Blended is the only way to go. That stuff is as strong as coffee.

Will do. I suffer from insomnia and have for since I was 15 so I know what you are going through.

I found myself just sipping just tonic when the gin ran out. I'm not afraid of getting malaria or anything I just like the taste of the quinine, lemon and ice.

Without getting into details...are you going through a period of trail and stress? If not maybe lay off the cigs and alcohol, set your alarm for 5am and just force yourself to get up at that time for a week or so. It helps to straighten my sleeping patterns out.

Just a few notes from a fellow who suffers the same affliction.

According to Jesus we have no reason to be worried because God takes care of everything. It's very hard for us to let go and just trust because we are self centered. I agree.

Sometimes our sinful nature and our sinful longing for perfection and control causes us to sinfully worry when we do not need to. Some people eat too much and that's sinful. Others feed an addiction for anger and violence and that's sinful...still, others worry and that is sinful.
