Things are going to get a lot funnier (if you can call it funny) - we all need to just agree to disagree and stop the name calling - we need to get along better - times are going to get rough.

Really funny when you look at people's Avatar and judge what kind of person they are. We should list the avatars and list what first comes to mind when you see the name. Ohhhh don't know if that would be a good thing or not. I can just hear mine (she's for the birds) but behind that little bird is such a beautiful story.

I did not write this Folger. A lot of times people slap my name on stuff that I would never think of. There was also a bunch of Muslim jokes going around that people thought I wrote. It is a shame really, because these are divisive and sometimes downright hateful. Having my name associated with it is a real bummer.

How much of their grades do you think those students would have willingly forfeited? Do you think they would have sacrificed a grade, taking a B, to give one grade to F students bringing them up to a D, barely passing?

You really don't seem to understand the argument of the liberals regarding wage compensation and/or welfare.

Liberals want wages to reflect the effort, ability, and production that the worker contributes. (i.e. someone who did the work, knew the material, completed the assignment would get an A, someone who didn't do the above should get whatever grade that reflects their effort and understanding).

However, that isn't what is happening.

In a conservative run classroom of 30 students, 1 student would be able to dictate that he got an A (he's the "CEO" of the classroom, and no one can tell him what he can do with his grade!), 2 students (upper management, top 10%) would get Bs. The next 24 students would all get Cs and Ds, regardless of performance. Why? "It's what the market will bear". The other 3 students get Fs and are told they can't come to class.
