Thanks. I've have had the flu shot but ...idk. It could be a back case of my allergies acting up. What's thera-flu?

It's a powder you mix with hot water..meds for flu symptoms,and it's soothing as you drink it.

Yes, I too look up nutrients. I have a really good book on veggies. Except, my book is in binder form. It has all the nutrients listed and other information and then it has a recipe section.

Aww, golly thanks! You are so very sweet. I better just rest tonight and read what I can. Maybe tomorrow I can actually finish the dishes and house work. I hate having the housework undone. I get so behind...but I'm off topic.
