so i have a few questions. 1. the bible says that if you repent all sins are forgiven right? it also says that if you have sex or anything like sex before marriage you will not enter the kingdom of heaven. or even if you have unclean thoughts or lust after a woman before marriage or a marrid woman you will not enter. so. being a guy and human. ive already had sex before marriage and doen other things. i feel guilty about them yes and i have repented and i try incredibly hard to not do these things. but if i have already done them then i cannot eneter the kingdom of heaven right? so what would be the point it not doing it anymore?

If having sex outside of marriage keeps a person out of heaven, then well over 90% of people aren't going there. Throw in unclean thoughts or lust, and that probably means that nobody is getting into heaven.
But, from what I understand of how it's purported to work, if you are truly repentant and if you accept Jesus as your saviour, you'll get into heaven no matter what sins you might have committed.

WOW - Jesus is going to be pretty lonely if what you say is true. But you need to see yourself as Jesus sees you - once you ask Jesus into your heart and repent, God does not see your sins anymore. The Bible says they are in the lake of forgetfullness - if God was to see those sins again, He would have to fish them out of the lake of forgetfullness.
Once you repent you stand before God washed in the Blood of Jesus and if you bring those sins up again - God says 'what sins' - He sees them no more.
Stop feeling guilty and worrying - just put your hand in the hand of Jesus and let the Holy Spirit lead you. The Bible says that Jesus walks by your side closer than your shadow and only a heartbeat away. The Bible also tells us that Jesus is our friend, we can talk to him as a friend. He knows your heart. Your name is written in the Lamb's Book of Life if you have repented. It is not erased every time we sin.

To be fair, this is the same God who killed pretty close to everyone on earth and pretty regularly tormented his chosen people. You can't blame the boy for not trusting that God's love.

Dude, that doesn't say you won't go to heaven if you screw up. Why do you think it is? In christianity, you can always come back after you screw up.

even just day to day. i always feel like the stuff from my past that i have repented from is to bad for me to go to heaven for. even though ive already repented for doing it! also. how do we know the girl we want to mary if we dont have sex before marriage? im a guy so obviously this is huge for me, but i see it like a car. shouldnt you test drive it first? what happens if you mary a girl and you realise down the road your not attracted to her or it is really boring being with her? what do you do?

I know there is scripture that some people say means you can't go to heaven if you have premarital sex, but I don't recall that there was any that actually says that. Can you provide a link?
