No one tested for more than a few centuries. The so called testing you allude to is looking at say, a rock, and testing how it now works by decaying. The idea that Noah's Ark refers to the skull of Noah who survived the extinction of all mankind about 40 thoudsand years ago is more like Literary Criticism than something to be proven.

Only eight people lived when the other humanoids went extinct, and they "flooded" Out-of-Africa up to the tops of the mountains and around the whole globe.
