That's the reason why the Acts 15 meeting was called up. Because some were not being circumcised.
Nah, see
Act 13:2 As they ministered to the Lord, and fasted, the Holy Ghost said, Separate me Barnabas and Saul for the work whereunto I have called them.
Act 13:3 And when they had fasted and prayed, and laid their hands on them, they sent them away.
and
Gal 2:9 And when James, Cephas, and John, who seemed to be pillars, perceived the grace that was given unto me, they gave to me and Barnabas the right hands of fellowship; that we should go unto the heathen, and they unto the circumcision.
In Acts 15, Paul was already with Barnabas and they had already been sent and completed the first journey.
Not to mention the different agendas for going to Jerusalem that Paul mentions from the verses I posted earlier. You'd have to throw away these facts as some kind of mistake in the text to conclude that Gal 2 is talking about Acts 15. To what gain?
