I bought summery shoes the other day. And it triggered an urge for more shoe shopping when my bank account allows it. I'm determined to have lotsa nice pretty shoes for this summer.

Is looks the most important feature or deciding factor when picking or choosing which shoe to buy? Because for me it is all about support since I play basketball.

Generally I go for comfort but when it's for dressy then yes looks are important I want to look nice I just got some new work shoes through work that are uglier then heck but they are comfortable and water proof and my uniform is uglier then heck so it matches .

my mom and I were talking about the the other day, we both have issues with our feet so shoe shopping can be challenging. Anyway, she told me her mother's advice on buying shoes, "look after your feet, and your feet will look after you."

I responded with, "my feet gave up on me years ago. I'm going for style over comfort."

(although I agree with Jess about the work shoes. My work shoes are plain black runners. Not the prettiest shoes in the world, but they are comfortable for standing/walking in all day.)
