Totally! I would love to move there.I totally understand that. I grew up in the Oregon valley between the Cascades and the Coastal Range. Scenes like this were commonplace when I would fish in either of the ranges:

I just totally took it for granted. I'd be traipsing through heavy fern and moss underbrush in thick 100 year old forests and think nothing of it. Then I moved...
Oh well, here's Crater Lake. And yes, it really looks like that. Snowfall in virtually every month out of the year. When driving up the crater, there's usually about 20+ years worth of snow on either side since it never fully melts except in a string of exceptionally dry years. 25 feet of snow is common to drive though.

So now you know where to move to! Move to Washington. They have even BIGGER mountains and even AWESOMER forests. Then you can kick it with Jesse, Drew and Stephanie Amber.
Oh, but that's why I love the pictures. I love gloomy cloudy weather.Thank you!! Glad you like them. I just wish that it didn't look so cloudy and gloomy lol.![]()
I lived just north of Cincinnati in a town called Loveland for just over five years.Noodles, you lived in Ohio too? I feel like Ohio is the one state that somehow connects all of us haha
I don't know, I just grabbed shots from google images. They remind me of the Silver Creek Falls area, but really you can see stuff like that all over the place in the Santiam, Tillamook, Siuslaw, Clatsop and etc. forests. It's impossible not to see scenes like that. =)Yes yes you all must move to washington listen to the man!Where are the 2 greeny pictures look the one with the creek and bridge? You should drive up here and show me .Thanks!

But of course, Arizona has bigger mountains than Oregon and is dryer, Heck, we even had a blizzard the other day (of course, it was in Flagstaff, but that's mere details).
Kev, it's nice to see your smiling twenty-seven year old face again
And is that a wrinkle I see...?
